The Secretary of Agriculture of the State of New Jersey (hereinafter called the "secretary" ) is hereby designated as the State official of New Jersey to make application to and receive from the Secretary of Agriculture of the United States or any other proper Federal official, pursuant and subject to the provisions of Public Law 499, 81st Congress, approved May third, one thousand nine hundred and fifty, the trust assets, either funds or property, held by the United States as trustee in behalf of the New Jersey Rural Rehabilitation Corporation, now dissolved. L.1951, c. 321, p. 1151, s. 1.
