Text

The fund shall be available to the secretary for:

(a)Such rural rehabilitation purposes which were permissible under the Certificate of Incorporation of the now dissolved New Jersey Rural Rehabilitation Corporation as may from time to time be agreed upon by the secretary and the Secretary of Agriculture of the United States or his delegate, including but not limited to, loans to farmers for the purpose of leasing, purchasing and acquiring title in land, and making improvements thereon, for the purchase of farm equipment, livestock, materials and supplies needed for the production of crops, livestock and poultry, and to finance the employment of farm labor, and for any other costs incidental to the production, processing, distribution and marketing of food.
