§ 4:18A-8 — Rules and regulations; delegations of authority

New Jersey·Title 4 AGRICULTURE AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
The secretary, with the advice of the State Board of Agriculture, is authorized to make such rules and regulations and such delegations of authority as he deems necessary to carry out the purposes of this act. L.1951, c. 321, p. 1154, s. 8.
