§ 4:12A-70 — Habitual offenders; injunction
New Jersey·Title 4 AGRICULTURE AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
An habitual violation of this act or of any rule or regulation made pursuant to this act may be restrained by a court of competent jurisdiction in an action brought for that purpose by the owner of milk cases subject to the violations. L.1982, c. 216, s. 9.
