§ 4:12A-15 — Oaths; power of director to administer
New Jersey·Title 4 AGRICULTURE AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
The director or any person authorized by law is hereby authorized to administer oaths to all such witnesses as may appear or be brought before said director. L.1941, c. 274, p. 720, s. 15.
