§ 4:12A-13 — Rules of evidence and procedure; proceedings of director
New Jersey·Title 4 AGRICULTURE AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
The hearings before and the proceedings of the director shall be conducted in accordance with such rules of evidence and procedure as the director may from time to time prescribe. L.1941, c. 274, p. 719, s. 13.
