§ 4:12A-11 — Place of hearings; technical rules of evidence
New Jersey·Title 4 AGRICULTURE AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
Any hearing by the director or by the board may be held in any part of the State and neither the director nor the board shall be bound by technical rules of evidence. L.1941, c. 274, p. 719, s. 11.
