Text
The director shall have the power to issue subpoenas to compel the attendance of witnesses and the production of books, papers and records for the purpose of obtaining such information as may be required to carry out the provisions of this act. Such subpoenas shall be signed by the director. L.1941, c. 274, p. 719, s. 14.
