§ 4:12A-68 — Evidence of offenses
New Jersey·Title 4 AGRICULTURE AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
The using, buying, selling, possession, destroying, or defacing of a milk case by any person without the written consent of the owner shall be accepted in a court of competent jurisdiction as prima facie evidence of a violation of this act. L.1982, c. 216, s. 7.
