§ 4:12A-53 — "Distributor" defined
New Jersey·Title 4 AGRICULTURE AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
As used in this act, the word "distributor" shall mean any person, partnership, company, association, firm or corporation licensed as a store, milk dealer, processor or subdealer by the Director of Milk Control to sell milk in New Jersey. L.1942, c. 263, p. 706, s. 1.
