§ 4:12A-47 — Licenses issued under prior laws continued
New Jersey·Title 4 AGRICULTURE AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
Licenses issued by the milk control board under chapter eighty-two of the pamphlet laws of one thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine shall continue in full force and effect until July thirty-first, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one. Licenses issued by the director under this act during the license year beginning July first, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one and ending June thirtieth, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two, shall expire on June thirtieth, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two.
