Text
All funds derived from fees for licenses issued hereunder are hereby appropriated to pay the expenses of the operation of the department, and the proceeds of adjustments of penalties collected by the director and the proceeds of fines and costs imposed by any court hereunder shall be paid to the State Treasurer. L.1941, c. 274, p. 736, s. 45.
