§ 4:12A-44 — Actions to restrain violations

New Jersey·Title 4 AGRICULTURE AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS

Any habitual violation of the act or of any of the orders or rules or regulations made pursuant to the act may be restrained by the Superior Court in an action brought for such purpose by the Attorney-General on behalf of the director. L.1941, c. 274, p. 736, s.
