Text

An application for a license to operate as a milk dealer or store shall be made before any person shall commence business as a milk dealer or store, and annually thereafter. Every person holding a license on the effective date of this act shall upon expiration of the license apply for renewal, but in order to spread the renewal dates throughout the year the director may issue licenses for a period of not less than three months nor more than 15 months and for stores the fee for the period shall be proportionately less or greater than the annual rates herein established. Subsequent licenses shall be issued for a period of one year.
