§ 4:12A-52 — Expiration date
New Jersey·Title 4 AGRICULTURE AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS
This act shall be effective until such date as the Legislature shall determine an emergency no longer exists and the exercise of the police power of the State is no longer necessary and shall terminate its operation. L.1941, c. 274, p. 739, s. 52.
