New Jersey·Title 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS
3B:13-6. For the purpose of appointing a guardian pursuant to this chapter, the incapacity of a beneficiary of a Federal agency shall be determined by the Superior Court. amended 2013, c.103, s.26.
