§ 3B:13-20 — Fees
New Jersey·Title 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS
The fees allowed by law shall be applicable to proceedings with respect to personal property received from sources other than the United States Government, and may be taxed by the clerk of the court. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:13-20, eff. May 1, 1982.
