Text
3B:13-21. There may be appointed in each county a person to be known as "public guardian of veterans who are incapacitated for the county of (naming county)", who shall be appointed by the Assignment Judge of the Superior Court in the county. The person appointed shall hold office for the term of five years from the date of appointment and until a successor is appointed and qualified. amended 2013, c.103, s.30.
