§ 3B:13-15 — Investments

New Jersey·Title 3B ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES--DECEDENTS AND OTHERS
A guardian shall invest the funds of the estate in a manner and in securities, in which the guardian has no interest, as allowed by law or approved by the court. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:13-15, eff. May 1, 1982.
