Text
The Superior Court may allow the account without proof or the submission of vouchers if the written approval of the attorney in this State for the Veterans' Administration shall be filed with the account. The approval shall set forth the facts upon which the approval is based. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:13-13, eff. May 1, 1982.
