Text
When a copy of a public record is required by a Federal agency for use in determining the eligibility of a person to participate in benefits made available by the agency, the official charged with the custody of the public record shall furnish a certified copy of the record without charge. L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:13-5, eff. May 1, 1982.
