3B:13-31. The public guardian of veterans who are incapacitated may, when authorized by the Superior Court, employ counsel to represent the public guardian. The compensation of counsel shall be fixed by the court and paid from moneys in the guardian's control belonging to the estate involved in litigation. amended 2013, c.103, s.39.
