3B:13-24. The public guardian of veterans who are incapacitated shall, in each county, assist, supervise, advise, and otherwise aid the duly appointed guardians of these veterans and give help as may be necessary in preparing and drawing papers and documents, and also help them to work in conjunction with the United States Department of Veterans Affairs, so that their wards may be fully protected. amended 2013, c.103, s.33.
