Text
This chapter shall be liberally construed to secure the beneficial intent and purpose thereof and shall apply only to beneficiaries enumerated in N.J.S. 3B:13-2. This chapter shall also be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law of those states which enact the "Uniform Veterans' Guardianship Act." L.1981, c. 405, s. 3B:13-3, eff. May 1, 1982.
