§ 38A:12-8 — Purchase by county or municipality authorized
New Jersey·Title 38A MILITARY AND VETERANS LAW
The board of chosen freeholders of any county or governing body of any municipality may purchase any building and real property referred to in section 38A:12-6 at the price and upon the terms and conditions so fixed. L.1963, c. 109.
