§ 38A:12-2 — Lease or conveyance of real property by a county or municipality.
New Jersey·Title 38A MILITARY AND VETERANS LAW
Whenever the title to any real property required for an armory or other military facility is vested in a county or municipality, such county or municipality may convey or lease, with or without consideration, such real property to this State. L.1963, c. 109.
