38A:12-4. The Adjutant General, on behalf of the State, is authorized to make application for, and accept from, the federal government, or any agency thereof, a grant of money to pay part or all of the cost of constructing armories or other military facilities. There shall be appropriated to the State Department of Military Affairs from time to time such sums as may be necessary to meet the State's share, or the entire cost of such construction, when included in any annual or supplemental appropriation act.
