§ 30:4F-4 — Guidelines
New Jersey·Title 30 INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES
a. The commissioner shall prepare guidelines for respite care demonstration projects which shall include:
(1)Standards for eligibility for respite care services;
(2)Target populations that will be given priority in receiving services;
(3)Standards for financial eligibility of recipients and legally responsible care-givers for State funded respite care services and a sliding fee schedule based on the service recipient's and legally responsible care-giver's ability to pay for respite care services; and (4) Procedures for reporting on implementation of each demonstration project. b.
