Text
The commissioner shall establish a program of respite care demonstration projects to: encourage the initiation and expansion of respite care throughout the State; evaluate the demand for and current availability of respite care services in the State; and determine the most efficient and effective means for providing respite care services to persons in need of these services. L.1983, c. 284, s. 3; per s.7, expired June 30, 1986.
