Text
If an eligible person's respite services are covered in whole or in part by another State or federal government program or insurance contract, the government program or insurance carrier shall be the primary payer and the Statewide Respite Care Program shall be the secondary payer. The sponsor shall be responsible for determining all sources of payment, for collecting all co-payments, and for determining eligibility according to standards promulgated by the commissioner. L. 1987, c. 119, s. 5.
