§ 30:4F-15 — Allocation of funds
New Jersey·Title 30 INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES
Not more than 10% of the amounts available for the Statewide Respite Care Program shall be used for administrative and staff costs. The cost of recruiting, training, and supervising volunteer companions shall not be construed as administrative costs for the purposes of this act. L. 1987, c. 119, s. 9.
