§ 2A:18-83 — Applicability of act
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
14.This act shall not be applicable to any unclaimed property which must be disposed of in accordance with the "Uniform Unclaimed Property Act (1981)," P.L.1989, c.58 (R.S.46:30B-1 et seq.). L.1999,c.340,s.14.
