§ 2A:18-36 — Clerks' dockets
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
2A:18-36. The clerk of the Superior Court shall provide and keep a docket, in which shall be entered, upon compliance with the provisions of this article, the judgments to be docketed pursuant to this article. The docket of the clerk of the Superior Court may be that one in which judgments of other courts are docketed. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344; amended 1991,c.91,s.54.
