2A:18-43. If a judgment has been docketed and execution issued thereon before the grant of a new trial by the Special Civil Part, the Special Civil Part may nevertheless grant a new trial, and, if granted, no further proceedings shall be had on the execution pending the determination of the new trial. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344; amended 1991,c.91,s.61.
