2A:18-33. During the pendency of a motion for a new trial, or an appeal, a judgment of the Superior Court, Law Division, Special Civil Part may be docketed unless otherwise ordered by the trial or appellate court. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344; amended 1991,c.91,s.51.
