§ 2A:18-66 — Judgment; orders as to payment; stay of execution

New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
The court may either order the judgment paid to the prevailing party or into court for the use of the prevailing party at a certain date or by specified installments, and may stay the issue of execution and other supplementary process during compliance with its order. Such stay shall at all times be subject to be modified or vacated. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
