Text
On the acquittal of any person indicted for crime the fees of the clerk and the sheriff shall be paid by the county treasurer, upon the taxed bill of costs, duly verified by the clerk and the sheriff, and certified to be correct by the prosecutor. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
