§ 2A:166A-1 — Maximum amount of reimbursement

New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
Any county which incurs expense in connection with the prosecution and defense of a defendant charged with commission of a capital offense while confined to a State penal or correctional institution located in the county shall be entitled to reimbursement therefor by the State in amounts not to exceed the following: a. $500.00 for any case, whether or not the same is brought to trial, plus b. $750.00 for each trial day, plus c. The actual expense of printing required in connection with any appeal from the judgment of the trial court. L.1960, c. 24, p. 85, s. 1.
