Text
Claims for reimbursement shall bear the approval of the trial judge and shall be certified to the administrative director of the courts by the assignment judge of the county for payment by the State Treasurer from funds appropriated for the administration of the courts. The administrative director of the courts shall formulate and include in annual budget requests sums necessary to carry out the provisions of this act. L.1960, c. 24, p. 85, s. 3.
