New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
No fees or costs shall be paid by the county treasurer for the services of any judge, magistrate or officer of any criminal court, where such judge, magistrate or officer receives a salary. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344.
