§ 2A:10-7 — Contempt in municipal courts
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
2A:10-7. The municipal courts in this State shall have full power to punish for contempt in any case provided by N.J.S.2A:10-1. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344; amended 1991,c.91,s.28.
