§ 2A:102-15 — Invalid advance funeral payment agreements
New Jersey·Title 2A ADMINISTRATION OF CIVIL AND CRIMINAL JUSTICE
Any provision of any such agreement whereby a person who pays money under or in connection therewith waives any provision of this act shall be void. L.1957, c. 182, p. 633, s. 3.
