2A:18-38. A judgment docketed in the Superior Court in the manner herein provided shall, from the time of its docketing, operate as though it were a judgment obtained in an action originally commenced in the Superior Court other than in the Special Civil Part. L.1951 (1st SS), c.344; amended 1991,c.91,s.56.
