2A:18-32. Any final judgment of the Special Civil Part when not less than $10, including costs, remains due thereon, may be docketed by the party recovering the same, his executors, administrators or assigns, with the Clerk of the Superior Court in the manner and with the effect hereinafter provided. Any judgment recovered in the Special Civil Part in an action against any heir or devisee of a decedent by creditors of the decedent may be general or special and it may be docketed with the Clerk of the Superior Court and execution issued thereon in the same manner as if the action had originally been instituted in the Law Division. This section shall not apply to judgments recovered in the Special Civil Part in actions to enforce a mechanic's lien claim, which shall be docketed as required b
