Text
The Department of Environmental Protection and the Department of Health shall coordinate to establish a program of confirmatory monitoring of the presence of radon gas and radon progeny in residential dwellings, utilizing local health officers and the Department of Environmental Protection personnel. L. 1985, c. 408, s. 3, eff. Jan. 10, 1986.
