§ 26:2D-16 — Review
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
Any code, or rule or regulation of the commission or determination or finding of the department shall be reviewable in the Superior Court by a proceeding in lieu of prerogative writ. L.1958, c. 116, p. 596, s. 16.
