§ 26:2D-15 — Existing remedies not impaired
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
No existing civil or criminal remedy for any action which is a violation of any code, rule or regulation of the commission shall be excluded or impaired by this act. L.1958, c. 116, p. 596, s. 15.
