§ 26:2D-10 — Prevention of exposure to unnecessary radiation
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
All sources of radiation shall be shielded, transported, handled, used and kept in such manner as to prevent all users thereof and all persons within effective range thereof from being exposed to unnecessary radiation. L.1958, c. 116, p. 595, s. 10.
