Without limiting or impairing in any way the powers heretofore provided by the act to which this act is a supplement, the commission is hereby empowered and directed to adopt, pursuant to the provisions of the "Administrative Procedure Act" P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.) such rules and regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of this act. L.1977, c. 233, s. 4, eff. Sept. 26, 1977.
