§ 26:2D-53 — Rules and regulations
New Jersey·Title 26 HEALTH AND VITAL STATISTICS
The department and the division are authorized in accordance with the provisions of the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), to jointly promulgate, adopt, and enforce any rules and regulations necessary or appropriate to carry out the purposes and intent of this act. L.1981, c. 302, s. 17, eff. Oct. 27, 1981.
